So the wedding is next Sunday and I am freaking out!
My DJ/Videographer/DOC hasn’t answered any of my questions or sent the karaoke list that I’ve been asking about for months. All I have from her are emails saying she is going to email mail me and a twitter message saying she did. I HAVE NOTHING! This woman is very nice, but she’s really starting to piss me off. They’re also supposed to do a slideshow for the wedding, but that’s obviously not going to happen now and my mom’s really upset about it.
My acne medication prescription was wrong, it’s supposed to be two a day, not one a day. I’ve been taking two thinking I can just use the refill, but apparently I can’t refill it yet and I’ll be out of medication on Wednesday and the dermatologist office isn’t open today and I’m freaking out! I’ve paid over $600 for acne treatment for the past six months and all of it will be for nothing if I break out on my wedding day! I should have called earlier. I know, I’m an idiot! This of course adds to me freaking out!
My dog is better. She had surgery to remove a large tumor and she’s been much better since. She was a little sick last week. I’m not religious, but I went to church and prayed on Christmas for her to get better, citing I didn’t care about my skin, the weather, etc, as long as she was OK. Miraculously, she suddenly got her appetite back. This is good, she’s much more important than the wedding, but it doesn’t fair well for my skin. <– me being crazy
And of course there’s the billion and one things I need to do this week. I was keeping my cool up until the acne medication. I really was. I’ve lost it. I’m gone. I’m a wreck.

Whoa, you do have a lot of your plate right now and it is completely understandable to feel as such. Just try to take it one day at a time and know that very very soon all will be calm and back to normal and you will be a WIFE:-). Try to delegate the responsibility to your MOH/BM to harass those vendors for you so that you can focus your energy on not stressing.
Sending positive vibes your way and hope that everything works out!

Dang girl! You’ve got a lot going on. Breathe!
I’m glad your doggy is better!
Call the lady and tell her to send the list RIGHT THEN, via fax (if you can) or via email while you sit on the phone.
Stop stressing so much! It will make the acne situation worse! (I know, I know… easier said than done).

I would bypass email and twitter and just call your vendors to get some answers. If it’s stressing you out and making you break out – enlist your MOH, fiance, friends, mom, whoever is the most effective at getting their way / getting things done. Delegating = wonderful.

Oh girl it sounds like you are just stressing out! I’m sure that the doctor will be able to call in the prescription tomorrow or Wednesday so you can get it almost immediately. It’s all easily fixed!
About the DJ, I don’t know if there is much that you can do since you are getting so close to the wedding. Unless you have another way of talking to her and telling her how unhappy you are.
And I’m so glad that your dog is doing better!

Oh man. I know this is crunch time, and when the stress seems to quadruple. First off, I’m relieved for you that your dog is doing well. That is really important. Next issue- when is the dermatoglists office open again? You’re completely out of the medication? Are you sure that your acne will reappear if you miss a few days? Sorry if this is 20 questions but, is there another topical solution you can use in the mean time, one that you’ve seen success with (even if mild) before? Ok, the vendor issue, do they have an office? I think its at the point where you need to check in with them, in person. I’d be freaking out too. You need to be able to touch base with them and make sure all the details are squared away. But its important that you don’t freak out ON them, it could make things more difficult for you in the end. I’m sorry you can’t do the slide show, I’m sure it was important to you. Gosh, I hope it all resolves itself. Good luck!

Agh! Congrats. You’re getting MARRIED. The problems will get solved, make sure to take a nap and a bath and RELAX. I’m so excited for you!

I called the dermatologist again. The doctor will be in on Wednesday and I have enough medication to last until then, so I’ll be OK as long as they give me more medicine which they will if they have a soul, right? My prescrip on my chart says to take every other day, not every day or twice a day, so something got way frelled up there.
The DJ… they don’t answer their phone. I’ve tried calling. Their office is their house and it’s 30 minutes away, so that’s not going to happen. I don’t understand. They have hundreds of glowing reviews online, that’s why I picked them. I couldn’t possibly have done anything to offend them because I can never reach them! lol. I’ve been way more patient than I think they deserve up until this point. The problem is not only does this woman run the company, she has another job and two kids too. She did manage to throw her son an awesome birthday party though and then blog about it later X(
thanks everyone. I’m feeling a little better now. Trying to get done with the stuff I can…

This is probably the least of your worries, but if you really want to get a slideshow done in a short amount of time with practically no work try animoto.com. You have to pay for a full-length dvd quality copy but you can try a 30 sec one out for free. And I believe its something like $30 for a full-length copy. Just wanted to spread the word because I almost booked a photographer based on the really cool animated slideshow they added on to their packages until I realized they just used animoto and I could do it myself. But like I said the slideshow is probably the least of your worries, but it might help you feel better to knock something off your list. Best of luck 🙂
