    You use 2lb weights to exercise and now you feel like your shoulder is broken.

    @tksjewelry: I know, right?! It's awful.

    I actually thought to myself while I was working out: "Maaaaybe I should switch to 5lb weights..."

    Thank goodness I didn't. I would have had to call in to work.

    My first two weeks I had to roll out of bed as my stomach hurt so bad that I could not sit up on my own. LOL

    @tksjewelry: LMAO!!!! I didn't even know I had "abs"

    That reminds me of when I thought it was a good idea to do 50 lunges across the basement. When I had to pee I could only go into a sitting position about halfway and then fall the rest of the way to the toilet seat. That horrible crap lasted about a week....

    @amyellabella:LMAO! At least it wasn't Wii bowling ;o)

    The day that caused me to roll out of bed, I was doing hanging leg lifts (painful in whole new ways) I was hanging there and the next thing I knew it, my shoulder was out of the socket.  I had to have the trainer put it back in, right in the middle of the gym.  Poor guy, he was terrified.  If he hadn't of been a really good friend, I don't think he would have done it without passing out.  (My arms pop out all the time, rodeo injuries).

    I stayed at the gym, the trooper that I am and it was leg day. He had me doing suspended sit ups on the angle bench.  Next thing I knew, I was stuck half up - half down.  I couldn't move.  It was like my abs froze.  Needless to say, workout session was over for the day.  The massicist that he is, he made me come back the next day.

    Last summer, I went to the chiro because I thought something was sort of "out of place" and felt like "it needed to pop" in my chest.

    An hour later I had to tell my boss, "well actually that is apparently just what it feels like when you lift weights for the first time in a millenia"

    UH the worst is when you have a really hard abs day and then the next day it is excruciatingly painful to laugh.  Laughing turns to crying.  Quickly.

    I helped paint the set of the show I'm in, and the next day I could barely lift my arms. I guess I shouldn't be surprised; my free weights have been gathering dust since before Christmas.

    @alaiyo: Boy it's funny now, not so much then. The poor toilet held up, not sure it could handle something like that again. Now that I mention it, not sure I could handle that again ;)

    @ms. rice crispy treat: This is me! I work from home and hit the gym first thing in the morning and more often then not, I'm still in them when FI gets home from work lol

    Mine is when you can't walk both dogs at the same time because if they pull two different ways your abs hurt. Also, I live on the third floor so now going up and down the stairs is nothing, but when I first moved in OMG if I had to go up more than 2 or 3 times a day I was dyingggg! Now, I love it when people come over and they're huffing and puffing at the top.
