A glass of water.  A hot shower.  Followed by a glass of gatorade.  Followed by plain white rice and scrambled eggs.  Two Advil.

Water, gatorade, 2 aspirin, and if you can stand it, a bloody mary!

Really greasy food, like a fast food bisquit sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese. And lots and lots of water.  Grease seems to help me....

Smart water and advil. Smart water has the electrolytes but no sugar (unlike gatorade). That sugar can end up making you feel worse (sugar crash = headache). Also - this will sound awful, but for future reference, a glass of water and a cup of pickle juice before you go to bed.

Buy a squeeze bottle of Gatorade and chug the entire thing.  That always worked for me and never gave me any headaches!  The next time you drink just drink a ton of water before you go to bed.  It's the dehydration that caues hangovers

@Gabrielle123: Yup, when you feel you can leave the house without puking...head to your nearest drive-thru.  Greasy burger and fries with a soda/pop.

Vitamin + advil, then greasy food and alternating water (hydration) and pop (caffeine)

Lots of water and some fast food!  A bloody mary or mimosa will do the trick too if you don't have anything to do today :)

V8 juice and/or miso soup.  Both are a bit salty and seem to replenish so vitamins and fluids.

Alka Seltzer + carbohydrates + gatorade + nap.  If that doesn't work, hair of the dog.

1 shot of pepto, half a gravol, two ibuprofen, a BIG glass of water, and something to eat!

I usually take that before going to bed (which doesn't help you right now, lol) as a pre-emptive strike on the hangover and then when/if I wake up the next day I have McDonald's.

It works, I rarely ever get hangovers!

My group of friends swears by drinking a glass of chocolate milk before going to bed after drinking.  I have no idea why but it does seem to prevent hangovers!

I've heard coconut water is a good hangover cure. Also green tea does wonders. A BLT sandwich is good too!

I agree with Gabrielle123 & Maggie Mae & babybluz on the greasy food! McDonald's egg sausage biscuit sandwich works the best for me.

Also- OJ, sleep, a hot bath.

Usually my hangovers make me throw up, I know a lot of people who just get headaches. If you are throwing up, I strongly recommend avoiding liquids until your stomach settles, unless you want to throw up more. And no, throwing up does not eliminate the alcohol & toxins from your system, especially the morning after. It's already absorbed, so throwing up isn't going to help you. I say this because many of my friends drink tons of water to make themselves throw up. eeww.

    Good luck!

Ibuprofen, bacon sandwich, packet of ready salted crisps, a chocolate bar, orange juice and coffee (coffee depends on state of stomach thought).

Ugh, the last thing I want with a hangover is greasy food.

For me it's some combination of the following: llots of water or sparkling water (settles my stomach if I sip it slowly), some Tums, Pepto, or just crystallized ginger if my stomach is in bad shape, tylenol or advil, and a long shower. Also a walk outside, if the weather is decent.
