If not him, then Cristóbal Balenciaga, who was a fabric magician. If we're talking living people, I'd say Oscasr DeLaRenta, who, as far as people with bridal lines go, seems most competent at designing the sort of dress I'd love. Maybe John Galliano, because I think he's a nut, but he seems to really know his shite about fashion history and has an amazing eye for tiny little details, and has the skill to create really complicated dresses.
@zippylef: I think dead people should be allowed in the game if it's all pretend anyway. :D
