I have quite a few!

  • Brazil Butt Lift – for lower body and getting me toned
  • P90X – for harder more “manly” workouts
  • 30 Day Shred – just started yesterday but I really enjoy the interval series of strength/cardio/abs!

one of my roommates brought back Joanna Hall’s 28 day workout dvd from england, but it doesn’t seem to be available in the US. I LOVE it. It’s not a very hard workout, it’s more like going to for a brisk walk, so it’s perfect when you just want to get moving when the weather is bad out. Usually I use 3-lb weights for the whole thing to make it a little harder.

Jillian’s 30 Day Shred and her Burn Fat Boost Metabolism are mine.  I want to do P90X soooo bad, but with my recent knee surgery, I don’t think I can handle it quite yet.

I love p90x!  I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to do it, but it’s not too bad.  Just use lighter weights until you build more muscle.  There are still some things I can’t do, but I’ve definitely been getting better and stronger.

@soonerbride: That’s my favorite, too.

I also like 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 (I’m definitely a Jillian fan!), and I love the Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout for Wii game.  I’m going to get their new game soon, I hope!

Turbo fire/ turbo jam!! So much fun and such a great workout! I do agree that p90x is a great workout too but I don’t find it as fun to do.

It’s not really a work out video, but I have Just Dance for the xBox Kinnect. It has a workout mode, and it’s pretty legit.

I’ve been doing Insanity and it’s great – fun and varied and works everything.  The only problem is how intense it is.  I like challenging myself, but I’m at the point where I need a couple days for my muscles to recover – I feel like I’m about to blow out my knee compensating for muscle pain if I don’t cool it.

If you’re looking for something HARD though, and that will lead to increased allover strength, I would totally recommend it.  Though I think you already need to be at the point where you’re used to sprinting hard and can do a few full push-ups to get as much out of it.

I’ve been doing Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred and I like that one, but this weekend I did Jackie Warner’s Power Circuit Training. It was awesome! I was feeling it for like 2 days!
