I already mentioned in another post- but I love our ice cream maker 🙂 I also really like our mandoline, it makes it much easier to roast things consistantly, since all the pieces get cut the same size.

oooh fun!  I love my microplane too.  I think my favorite is my immersion blender.  I use it for soups, sauces, salad dressing, smoothies, mayo, love it!

Oh man, I LOVE our rice cooker. It’s a Zojirushi model and pretty pricey but it’s awesome and has never failed to make perfect rice.

ETA: Oh, I totally forgot. Our electric griddle, that thing ROCKS and is useful for making so many things.

We love our grill pan and use it at least once or twice a week–it’s perfect for when it’s cold outside and for when we’re just “grilling for two” and don’t need to use the big propane grill.  The one we have is rectangular and somewhat long, but we have a big burner in the middle of our stovetop that works perfectly.  It also has a handle that folds in for easy storage–brilliant!

I also love our big, heavy cutting board.
