Light, fluffy pancakes is always a winner. Or French toast.

Eggs Benedict is my favorite too! I like it with ham though. My dad started making it for me when I was a little girl and I have been obsessed ever since

CatyLady :  Eggs benedict is a good one. Sometime’s we’ll do it without the english muffin and just have the poached egg and hollandaise over a salmon filet for dinner.

Waffles are another favorite. And sweet potato home fries.

Brioche French toast. Or biscuits and gravy if I’m feeling particularly gluttonous.

I could eat waffles until I died.  But I try not to haha.  This morning we are having scrambled eggs, bacon, whole grain toast, and sauteed potatoes carrots peppers onions garlic and spinach.  Better than the 8 waffles I really want 😉

I love all breakfast food! If we go out to eat, which is incredibly rare, Eggs Benedict is pretty much my go to. Sometimes we’ll make pancakes or waffles at home, but usually we don’t do a big breakfast. I’m pregnant right now and I’ve been craving mini wheats like crazy so on the weekends I let myself have a bowl, during the week I try to opt for oatmeal or something healthier/less sugary.

A western sandwich! It is scrambled eggs with chopped onion, bell pepper and bacon served between two pieces of toast with ketchup

Man, I just love breakfast food!  Pancakes, bacon, eggs.  Or omelets, biscuits, potatoes.  And my DH makes a really good breakfast sandwich on English muffins.

CatyLady :  well, today I’m making omelettes for DH and myself. But my favorites are French toast or Belgium waffles. Loaded with sweet fruity compotes and whipped cream. 🙂

I had lobster eggs benedict during our Valentines staycation- so good! I usually stick with eggs benedict Florentine or crab cake eggs benedict. On Sundays (or whichever day of the week we both have off) we have mimosas and a lazy breakfast. Today is simply cheesy scrambled eggs and English muffins with butter and jam.

“Glorious breakfast” which is what we call our rendition of  expertly fried potatoes, bacon and over easy eggs.
