So we know what you do (see other post), but what about your fiance? :)
My husband is a tech in an interventional and cardiac cath lab. Yeah I don't really understand it either :) Basically they do lots of heart caths to check for blockages, caths throughout the vascular system (all veins), and install pacemakers and the like. We joke that we never talk about work since he doesn't understand my computer talk and I have no clue what he's talking about!
my fiance's in finance. right now he's consulting on a project that keeps him so busy! basically M-F, he comes home at 1:30am : (
Right now my DH works for a security system company installing stuff. But this is his first job since he left the military and he's interviewing with a company that works with the Uninterupted Power Supplies that keep the hosptals and banks (etc) computers online in a power outage. In the navy he was the work center supervisor for the lighting system that the pilots use to land on the air craft carrier. Sorry, just had to throw that in. I'm just so proud of what he did in the navy!
My fiancee is a United States Marine currently serving his first deployment in Iraq.
My FI is a human factors software architect. We both deal with technology a lot, it's how we met (Computer Science research program).

Mr. JCM is a CPA and works for Ernst & Young in audit for two companies, one of which is a large, international one.
mine is a WSO (navigator) for the F15E. He's getting his hard wings this afternoon. I pretty proud of him, and scared to death at the same time. we're getting married next saturday.
Sound engineer, both of us are enlisting in the Air Force as officers in January 09' though.

Mine is an electrical engineer for a computer chip development company. He's my smarty pants :)
Production Engineer for an aerospace company. Way too smart. Younger then me and finished college two years earlier!
He's a plasma physicist. He develops manufacturing equipment for computer chips...I guess we're both geeks, but I'm in astrophysics so at least the calendars vendors send are prettier:)
Hes a professional Soccer coach from England! Hes very patriotic and looks super cute in his Manchester United jersey!

mine is the future CEO of his dad's oil/gas/real estate companies. he's "learning the ropes" right now though. he used to be in IT as a network administrator. he also DJ's on the side... clubs, bars, private parties, and WEDDINGS! 
Mines a Fire Fighter (the captain to be exact!) Gotta love a man in uniform!
