OK so finace wants all 6 of his really good friends to be grooms men in our wedding. I don’t have that many bridesmaids. I will only be having 3 but its half of 6 so each girl can exit with 2 guys….this is no big deal to me. BUT where does my brother come in? I was just going to have him as the usher but my mom thinks we will need more than 1 so the groosmen would help, exspecially since there are 2 iles. My mom thinks it would be wierd for all the “users/groomsmen” to go stand with my fiance at the ulter but the real usher my brother will be the only one not standing up there with him. I don’t think my brother would care, he might rather not stand infront of everyone (he is kinda shy). But is that rude anyways? I was ok with having an uneven party but it took me a while to decide that I was ok with it. But now to add even more on to my finaces side and not mine, i just don’t want to. Is that leaving my brother out?

I’m doing the same thing I have 6 BMs (including MOH and JBM). My FI has 4 (including the BM and GM) and we have 2 ushers. So total 6 girls and 6 guys. Only thing is that FI doesn’t want the Ushers to stand next to him only the BM and GM. So I have the same dilemma.
I was thinking of just having them sit down? I don’t know is there any better suggestions?

You could have your brother stand with you on your side. All the girls and guys don’t have to be on the same side.

Does all of the wedding party have to stand in the front with the bride and the groom?

I don’t want my brother to sand with me on my side. I think he would feel wierd and probably would say hell no! I love him, hes my brother but we aren’t really, really close.
We don’t have much room for sitting at the ceremoney so yes, the wedding party needs to stand with us.
