Getting to see everyone, and dance and have fun.  Some people we hadn’t seen in a while, and it was so nice to be able to be with them stress free!

All of it is equally important to me, but i do understand why people might choose the first dance as their most important part

Definitely not the dancing!  I’m a terrible dancer and am kind of dreading it… but Fiance says he will take care of it lol.  I would say the food and seeing everyone.  Just getting to party with everyone with good food, drink, and CAKE!

I dont know if I feel like there is a most important, I guess I kind of feel like it wouldnt be a reception if it didnt have all of it. the cake, dancing, food, etc.

I think the most important part of the reception is the food! That is why we’re having a meal of all comfort foods (Pancakes, sausages, mashed potatoes, ect) and it’s all you can eat! 😀

Being surrounded by all my friends and family and having a load of fun! I don’t care about any of the dances or speeches or cake cutting things. I just want everyone to have fun. If I had to say one thing, it would probably be the cake cutting, because of what it symbolizes (the first action together as man and wife)–which is funny because for a while we weren’t even going to have cake.

Our most important part is probably family traditions….which does not include dancing 🙂

From my (bride’s) perspective, I think the most important thing is going to all the tables and talking with all the family that traveled to be there that I haven’t seen in so long.

From a guest’s perspective, it might be the events (dances, cake cutting, etc), consumable products (food and drink), or the people (family/friends and newlyweds). As a guest, dinner and the people rank 1st for me.

I don’t really have a most important part other than that everyone has a good time.

A good atmosphere which for me occurs when people are comfortable, are fed good food promptly, have drinks, and good music.
