I'll be doing my student teaching with Masters in the fall, but I really want to work in higher education.

hey ErinSea, yes, there is a link for the non wedding related board below. i just think it's interesting to see everyone's background as we associate so much with one another, and also i think it's neat to see whether it influences DIY and other creative projects.
for example, that's so cool that someone works in printing and graphic designing!! totally related to weddings, see. ;P

I work in marketing too and I'm an aspiring novelist. I used to be a journalist, so I'm trying to write my first book!
I'm a computer programmer :) My company is only 3 folks though - so I'm also head of project management, head of customer service, and cruise director :) It's fun to juggle everything and not be stuck programming all day every day!
i'm a designer + a programmer .. i went to school twice because i couldn't make up my mind, but fortunately they meshed well together

I'm an attorney-to-be, but currently am in Judicial Administration for the Courts in California.
I'm an architecture intern, so I'm working toward getting an architecture license (takes 3 years plus of being an intern to get it!).
I'm a pharmacy student.

I'm a classical musician (I play viola, hence the oh-so-creative handle). I primarily perform but also teach privately through a university and coach chamber music.

Also, msbutton, Michigan State Univ. had an art therapy program while I was there (graduated in 02), so if you are near MI, you may want to check it out.
The art department is small, but since the university is so large, they have access to a lot of different resources.
I'm a nutritionist currently working in Zimbabwe on a food aid program. Not a bad deal, but making wedding planning a bit remote to say the least. Thank goodness for my mom!
Hi all. I'm a Senior Administrative Assistant at an architecture firm here in Charlotte. I have my BA in Psyc and really want to do masters work in dance therapy or expressive arts therapy. The further you get out of school though the harder it is to do that. :-( We'll see. Right now I'm just trying to fight the PWSD. ;-)
I'm currently an afterschool teacher, and just graduated wih my BA in Child & Adolescent Development on Friday. Now, I don't think I want to be a teacher, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet...guess I'm just trying to figure out where I can go with my degree and would prefer not to go back to school.
Mortgage Loan Officer... currently considering a change as I am marrying my boss in ONE MONTH! Now that we share a home and an office it is a little too much togetherness.
I'm a freelance illustrator (mostly magazine work) and an adjunct illustration professor. the FI's also in the creative field, so we're doing our best to make our wedding as creative and fun as possible on a tiny budget!
I'm a veterinarian.

Professional student (will be one forever, I think). Did Animal Science & Management. Looking to go for a Masters and then maybe onto Vet School. I also work for the largest apparel company in the world in their outdoor division.
Biostatisics doctoral student, but hopefully a working woman someday soon.
