I was unaware that the 220 mesh screen was available yet... I hear it's still in development. Someone at Yudu said they were going to send me a prototype but never did... so unless you're doing a huge poster sized invite (ala Miss Joey), I don't think Yudu is ready for primetime on paper. HTH!
Oh sad! I saw it on their website and thought it was available. Man! Do you know when they are going to come out with one?
Hey ladies...I have just heard back from a YUDU rep about when the screen will be out....they told me it will be available in Oct.!
Oh, so will the yudo w/the new screen do the same as much as the Gocco?
FYI - I just saw the Yudu on Costco's website for $240. It comes with a bunch of extra stuff.
The Yudu is on sale right now at Joann for $199! I couldnt resist any longer ... so I broke down and bought one!

Hello Hive! I have been contemplating printing my invitations and quickly came across Gocco only to find out production has been stopped. I considered investing in it anyway and looked at prices. While it may have been cheaper in the past, its running $250 at the cheapest. Since the supplies will be gone soon, I have been looking at alternatives. Everyone seems to be talking about Yudu (found it for $200!), but from what I have read it only came with a 110 mesh screen, which did not work with paper or detailed images. I understand that a 220 mesh screen is now available but for the life of me cannot find anyone who has used it. Is there anyone who has used the Yudu 220 mesh screen on paper? How did it work? Was it clear? What was your experience with Yudu in general?
