Thanks for posting! I am planning on ordering shoes and didn't know about this! I'm VIP now:)
I used the VIP status for a while so that I could find the right shoes that I wanted to wear before the wedding. My only concern with them was the fact that the shoes I received never looked new. Even the boxes they came in looked used! That's why I eventually switched to Endless.com. Although it took more time to get the shoes, at least the shoes were new.
I like having the vip backdrop, but i've always experienced overnight shipping with zappos. Maybe i'm just lucky or close to their warehouse though.
