Aside from getting a legal education in law school, I have seriously picked up my bagged lunch skills & most importantly, healthy lunch skills. I bag by breakfast, lunch and dinner since i work and go to school. These bags are super convenient so you dont have to worry about cooking the night before. Just pack your side or sandwich goodies (lettuce, tomato, condiments, cheese, etc) and steam up your meat. I just made chicken in the microwave – and put together this fabulous wrap at work! I love these things & they really help me stay on track diet wise. Bye bye sodium filled fast food – Im having a filling healthy lunch – and yes, you cant even cook fish (Ive tried tilapia & shrimp) and it wont stink up your office – as well as veggies!
