Ok ! My friend burned a copy of Zumba for me 2 days ago. When I asked for the work out plan she has no idea of where it might be. So I was wondering if anyone could give me and overview of which disk to use on which day and the rest day.
P.S. Does it really work?

You definitely won’t feel like you’re working out–and you won’t get bored!
Sorry, no help on the discs.

Zumba is awesome. I usually go to a class once a week.
I’m no help with the discs.

No help on the discs, sorry, but I can tell you that Zumba is the best workout EVER. Seriously. I am about the most uncoordinated person ever and put off trying the class for ages but once I finally went, I had a ridiculously good time doing it.
I know you always hear about such and such workout being “so much fun!” but that is honestly the case for Zumba. Good luck finding the workout plan for the discs and go enjoy. If you can, try it a few times at a gym or community centre just to get the feel of it with other people…. I haven’t tried the discs but imagine it might lose a bit of the fun factor.
