To get great results with Zumba, I had to add weight lifting to my routine.  I do Zumba twice a week, weight lifting twice a week, and usually a day of running.  Zumba is great cardio, but you need some sort of muscle toning as well.  If you don’t want to do weight lifting, I suggest pilates or a Zumba toning class with Zumba fitness.
