- Wedding: September 2014 - SPRING VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB
So my wedding is in September and i want to get a bit more toned and fit. I currently weight 185 pounds and I am 5’4.
I am starting Zumba Next week. I am hoping it will be a fun way to get the cardio in. I plan on doing it 2 twice a week and i have already changed my eatting habits. Minimal carbs, no soda, fresh fruits, no added sugars, drinking 3 liters of water a day.
Has anyone had any weight loss sucess doing zumba Regulary?
