sepiatonedlove: it does! What are the side stone stone measurements- do you know the mm or carat?

sepiatonedlove: oh haha, i was wondering if your certificate says anything about it? Like carat weight of a side stone? They range from 1mm to 1.3 or 1.5 mm. I just want to see what the center stone will look like in comparison to 1 mm side stones.

I think my centre stone is around 0.7-0.8 (yes I don’t know the stats of my ring and I asked Fiance not to tell me). My finger & ring size is 4.5.

lunabee11: I think the total carat weight of the side stones is about 0.29 carats and I just counted 42 of them!

sepiatonedlove: you’ve been super helpful! I only have 32 diamonds total at 1 mm approx size. SO I’m guessing 16 in the halo and 8 down the sides? I am nervous about this because the design I like does have 42 stones, 20 in the halo and 10-11 down the sides. I havent seen the ring yet, just info given by the designer. I specifically asked for small 1 mm side stones too. This whole process is making me – a chronic stresser/worry wart, worry because what if I hate it? The designer is based in the czech republic! I am starting to think I made a mistake with choosing this designer.

lunabee11: Maybe mine has more stones due to my larger finger size haha. Don’t worry! I’m sure it’ll turn out fine, I got my ring online too and I love it (:

sepiatonedlove: Thats what the designer just said too, he said he’ll send us a CAD after he draws one up. He says with my small finger size and the small center stone, I won’t need as many rocks in the halo. So so so nervous.
Thanks for your response 🙂
