Yikes. Yes, you need a lot of patience for that kind of thing. I am sure you’ll eventually manage to find the perfect dress though and it will all be worth it!

My vent: Alterations that had made but not listed.  So if the seller DID get back to me it would turn out that the dress she’d listed in my size would no longer fit because she’d had the bust taken in 4 inches!

But I did also encounter numerous “orphaned” listings.

I got lucky and got a preowned dress that was not used for the ceremony, no alterations, and the lady paid for the shipping.  I did not ask, but I think that the wedding was cancelled and she just wanted to get rid of it.

That would be quite frustrating.
What size are you & what kind of style are you looking for? I’m thinking I might want to sell my dress (pics are in my “WE’RE MARRIED!” post) – let me know in a PM if you’re interested 🙂
