solnishko1186: I have a pretty consistent 15 day LP. Sunday would be 16dpo, or cd1. Do you usually have cramps before your period? That’s frustrating to have negative tests and no sign of AF, that would drive me insane. Atleast I have such bad cramps it’s always obvious I’m not pregnant lol.
lonsk: thank you. IVF terrifies me for whatever reason. I just thought IUI’s would work for us, my doctor seemed so sure because I’m only 25 and perfectly healthy. Blah. But wow I’m really glad to hear your good news – great beta! I cant wait to hear about your ultrasound. rest up xo
mkat37: thank you, I appreciate the prayers very much! It’s hard to believe it will work, when everything has failed so far, but I keep reminding myself a lot of ladies have had successful third+ iui’s.

solnishko1186: Forgot to reply about the bleeding. Still unsure, hoping to have more of an answer after the u/s but I’m thinking (hoping) it is from the polyp on my cervix being irritated by the progesterone.

KatesTheWord: Nope, no cramps. They usually start when AF takes full force. I am telling myself that another day or two is still normal for AF to show up, as LP can be 15-16 days. Maybe the meds made it a bit longer. Usually it is 13-14 days. I also called my nurse – she was rude and sounded annoyed that I am bothering her. She daid “maybe your 1/2 day spotting on CD12 was your AF.” Ummm……how about NO. I said my AF is always pretty heavy and lasts 7 days, so a tiny bit of brown spotting could not of been it. She became even more annoyed and said to call them if I want to do IUI #2. Of course I do, but I want some input on where AF is from the nurse who did my IUI. I will wait a few days, and if nothing, will message the doctor directly. This nurse is just not very nice. When I was doing my trigger shot, I got LH surge before trigger. I called to see what to do timing wise, and she was rude/annoyed than too.
FX IUI # 3 is the lucky one for you! Are you willing to try injectibles to make more follies. Are your DH’s numbers ok?
lonsk: I am reallyyyyy hoping it is from cervix polyp. I believe one bee on the pregnancy after IF board posted something very similar, and her bleeding was severe. Baby was totally cozy in there and doing fantastic. Can’t wait for the results of your US 🙂

lonsk: Yay for great news! I’m so glad the bleeding didn’t mean the worst. So very, very happy for you!!

lonsk: p.s. I had wicked migraines through my entire first tri. Not sure if it was the progesterone. I’m not a coffee drinker at all but my RE suggested trying a little bit every day to help. I lived on Timmy’s iced coffees for a while and it helped! 😉

lonsk: yay! Are you on a suppository? That can cause bleeding. My RE was generally unconcerned about brown blood.

solnishko1186: what?! Your nurse sounds like a peach. I would demand to speak with someone else from here on out. Not acceptable!! hopefully AF comes for you in the next couple days… Or you know, a surprise late bfp would be good too!!
I don’t think I need injectables for more follicles because I do pretty well with the meds. I had 5 + last cycle on 100mg clomid. I’m curious to see how many I’ll have this month on femara.. I seem to rotate ovaries every month and my right ovary produced much more than my left on clomid. Oh, and DH’s numbers are great. So apparently I’m the one with the mystery problem =P I’ll try anything though. I used to be so against IVF (for myself) I just thought if I couldn’t have kids I would just deal with it. But now I’m like.. Sign me up!

MissCountryGirl727: hey! But argghhg…i wrote a long message yesterday, dam
can anyone else see it or does it just look like nonsense?

KatesTheWord: Wow, that is a great Clomid response! Don’t be too worried if on femara you have less, as RE said it generally makes less follies than Clomid, but better quality. Maybe that is all you need, just few really good ones 🙂 Unexplained is sooo frustrating. We are that category also….ugh. At first I was soo frustrated with nothing wrong found, but then I asked myself – would it be better if they did find something, but it was really bad, like can’t have kids at all bad, would “those” answers to better? Nope. So I will take unexplained. 🙂
Yup, it is ironic how the perspectives change over time. LOL.

KatesTheWord: I hope for your sake you don’t have to do IVF. To be honest, I was most relaxed during my first IVF because I thought I was finally doing something and getting somewhere – yet I was neive and thought IVF was a guarantee because we were so healthy. Will you be monitored during your next iui? Wow, you are a follicle making machine!
Turtle83: Thanks for the link 🙂
solnishko1186: I hope so too. Sorry the nurse was such an asshole to you.
lovekiss: Thank you 🙂
WillowB: I actually had a bit of Pure Leaf iced tea today which helped, but an iced coffee from Tim’s sounds pretty good. I had to pull over yesterday to vomit, thought I was being inconspicuous, until a school bus pulled up next to me
HopefulForLittleOne: Yes, I’m on suppositories (and oral) at first it was red, then turned brown by that night. Today just tiny spots of brown when I wipe. It was the clots that freaked me out.
whybee: Nope, can’t see your message from yesterday, damn WB has been doing that lately. Hope you are well

Age/Partner’s Age: 27/37
How long have you been together: 9 years, married 7
How long have you been TTC: total 9 yrs, but 6 months since my son following a MC
Issues: No known issues besides I sometimes need extra help to ovulate. Been on Clomid the last two months which I’ve stopped after my most recent MC. Clomid makes me linning too thin so I have early MC’s while on it. Once I stop it seems to give me the kick I need to fall pregnant on my own.
What are your TTC plans for 2015: NO TTC plans besides trying naturally and if I still can’t fall pregnant we’ll look into a IVF in January
For fun–The holidays are coming up soon! Which is your favorite?
I like December the best as far as holidays go. We celebrate Christmas with my sons g-dfamily and then we get to enjoy Hannukkah with both sets of grandparents. 🙂

lonsk: Super happy your beta was higher!! (and I would have freaked the f out if my husband tried to pull that too! I mean, seriously? wtf lol)
solnishko1186: We rarely fight ever, but our infertility issues are the closest we’ve gotten to having a full blown argument. Tensions are higher about this than anything in our relationship (the only thing that even comes close is the woman who we refer to as my ‘dad’s wife’ among other things lol). I think the high emotions of infertility make everything more potentially explosive. It is such a hard and personal thing. What you or I feel may be completely different, yet equally as hard as what our husbands’ feel. Also, we have our girlfriends and our Bees to vent and discuss this with. I’m willing to bet most of our DH’s don’t have that release and/or support. We are often their main support, so when we disagree with or are critical of them, or are just plain in a bad mood due too all the bullshit, it’s really hard for them to deal. When you are going through something hard yourself it’s hard to be someone else’s rock at the same time (for us or them), you know?
As for me, all my pre-IVF testing went well. Perfect results on the mock embryo transfer and hysteroscopy. They were only able to find one ovary during the antral follicle count, but didn’t seem concerned. My doc said occasionally it gets covered up by the bowel/intestine and they can’t see it? She just doubled the 6 follicles they found on my other ovary for my total AFC. It’s on the low side of average, but I looked into the effects of BC on AFC and AMH (thanks!), and AFC is usually 16% lower on BC, so that would put me fully into the normal category. My doc said as long as she sees 10 shes not concerned. I know my right ovary was previously adhered to my pelvic sidewall, but corrected during my last lap. Hopefully that’s not the case again. If they can’t find it again next time I’ll bring it up.
I should get my bloodwork in the next few days and they’ll have a meeting to determine my protocol on Monday. Plan as of now is to start injectible supression the last week of January and our TESE/retrieval should be aroud the middle of January assuming the stimming goes okay. Here’s to finding sperm!
