@lonsk:  thank you thank you! i sure hope so!

i know in the beginning when we first met with ivf specialist, Dr. C – he mentioned that he likes to usually do 6 cycles of letrozole before moving to ivf. im on cycle 1 and when i saw him today, i was like okay. real talk time. do i REALLY have to do this 6 times before proceeding with ivf? i certainly can not handle 6 failures + spending all of this money on wasted medicines if we could just put it all towards ivf. luckily, he said i dont have to do all 6. thank ya jesus. lol

Oh my goodness I watch to much TV!!! – EVERYTHING I watch seems to be about babies. Lisa Ling just announced her pregnancy on Anderson (she did have the coolest ultrasound I’ve ever seen) They also talked about a clinic raffling a free round of IVF – WTF?!?!?

@lonsk:  tv, twitter, facebook – its everywhere!

on the car ride home from the hsg, i logged into facebook from my phone, so a smaller screen of course. showed two stories.

“susie smiths baby progress: 20 weeks along!”

“jannie johnsons baby progress: 21 weeks along!”

shoot me in the foot.

@hellorebecca:  welcome!  Hope you don’t have to get your party on with us for too long.  I’ve been on a maddening flip flop of pcos diagnoses for the last 8 months.  So at the moment I DON’T have pcos (I’m almost certain I do) because they couldn’t see it on an ultrasound. So no metformin for me.

LOL. season 1 episode 33. “making babies – the fertility crisis”.. someone tweeted me saying it was on. i was in the bath. my hair is wet from the ears down. i just ditched the tub. hopefully i will return to it after this show, LOL! ricki just gave a lady an entire ivf cycle paid. oh to have that! a different scenario, a lady had her 60 year old mother be their surrogate! wow!

literally googled ways to make my follies grow faster. i think i am SOL. lol! but still hoping for some good news tomorrow morning.

MrsFarmer – It’s a crazy long time (and I know a bunch of people who have been trying for longer! o.O But what can you do right? Just keep trying, keep searching, keep hoping. I know EXACTLY what you mean about the time since marriage and the time of ttc. I see it exactly the same way!! lol I think it’s probably that big big factor of the longer you are married the better – happiness and stuff ya know – but the longer ttc, the more it’s taboo, the more people try to give you truly stupid advice, the more frustration/anger/sadness, the more you feel broken (at least I know I feel broken). Being married to my DH is amazing and happy. TTC is stress. lol

As for your bloodwork, I’d think that your progesterone being that high is a pretty good thing for 3dpo. I can only imagine that it would get better from there!

Wifegoodman – That’s awesome that your HSG was so easy and painless for you! I’m glad your tubes are clear and uterus is good, but I’m sorry it didn’t give you an answer to what’s going on. πŸ™ That’s crazy that you had so many people in there! I only had two – the radiologist dr and an assistant. “The hope us ladies have” Sooooo true. I’m the same way with u/s. Like I can just wish my desires to come true from it!!

lonsk – I’m going to have to see if I can watch that episode. I’ve heard mixed reviews about it. Just even reading forum section headers with the title of gender selection ttc’ers drives me nuts. I’d love to have ONE baby…. I don’t care if it’s a girl or a boy! UGH!

ihateweddings – LMAO!!! OMG! Love that quote for your sex drive! I might have to follow in your footsteps once we are able to ttc again. πŸ™‚

yellow.clover – Me too! I can understand my OB missing it to an extent… but I wish she had given me a heads up that it COULD be a problem ya know? Then maybe after the first miscarriage I would have pushed for a 2nd opinion or something. I’m so glad you are feeling better about things today! πŸ™‚

Last night kind of sucked. πŸ™ I don’t think my body was ready for it yet. I ended up getting a fever very very suddenly afterwards and feeling a tightness from my waist to my chest. I felt perfectly fine this morning, but I think we’ll have to wait a bit longer before I jump him again. πŸ™
