@redsmarties:  I’m sure your week was crazy with the move and everything!  You’ve already had a job interview and got the job too??!  Wow, you go, girl!

I had to go chart stalk you. πŸ™‚  Yep, I definitely disagree with FF too.  To me, it looks like you either O’d CD28 or 30 so you could possibly be only 11 or 9dpo today.  Fingers crossed for you yet!

My chart is totally messing with my mind today!  My temps are *usually* (with the exception of one cycle) starting to fall at this point (12dpo).  I had a BFN this morning, so I can only wait and see what happens tomorrow morning temp-wise.  The day should go fast since I have a million things to do in the house and yard today and then we have our movie date tonight.  I refuse to get my hopes up, but it would be nice if I could just get proved wrong one of these days! πŸ˜‰

Take care, lovelies!

@elchalten:  so sorry about the cancellation. its awful that so many things have to line up, and how hard it is for some of us to get all of those things lined up. half of the things the doctors tell me are just too much. overload. i hope december will be a great break for you and maybe just what you need for the cycle after that to work out perfectly!

Happy thoughts to everyone!!! I’ve been stalking regularly. But too busy to post.

I hit the CD 96 today. Slightly upset. But keeping positive thoughts going. I started the vitex a couple weeks ago. Not noticing much.

I think I may have ovulated a week ago. I posted the picture here. Was an almost positive so I tested about twice more that day and the line just got lighter. So maybe it was prior to the almost positive. So I made the best of it with the DH. (-;

I woul test in another week or so. Maybe I will see that BFP. Don’t really know though.

Happy thoughts!

I’m about to fall asleep from the meds I’m on, but I wanted to check in and let you all know what’s going on.

They got a whopping 18 eggs at our retrieval yesterday. Which was honestly more than we had even thought possible. Today we learned that 14 of those were actually mature. And of the 14 mature eggs, we had 12 fertilize successfully overnight and are now little growing embryos. I should know sometime tomorrow if we’re doing a 3 or 5 day transfer.

Unfortunately, in addition to being overstimmed I’m having a rough time recovering from the ER. I fell asleep on my side for about an hour last night and the blood from the ER pooled on my right side causing a great deal of pain in my right ovary. I had to go back in for an extra ultrasound this morning because of the pain. Luckily, that’s all it is and the solution is some extra bed rest and a high dose of pain meds. We’re focusing on the good right now (twelve embryos!) and keeping everything crossed that our good embryo luck continues.

@elchalten:  super huge hugs to you! I know you must be so disappointed.  You had a roller coaster this week. I hope things get better soon.

AFM I took a self imposed hiatus. I needed to take time away. But I def missed all of you. I’m cd 16 and I think 1 dpo even though ff says I’m 4 dpo. I had a follicle us on Friday. And my dr said I’d O during the next 48 hrs. I think we timed bd well I used pressed and did 2 acupuncture treatments. My dr said I have 2 food sized follicles. 1 on each side! Fingers crossed. So now IM in tww for what seems like the 50th time. But I’m feeling positive. I will stay calm and go bout my business. Lol. I start progesterone cream on cd22.

Positive vibes and baby dust ladies

hi all, some of you i know already and others I look forward to ‘meeting’ πŸ™‚ i think i’ll hang with the 6+ ladies for a while, but thought you should know who i am when I call in here πŸ™‚

Cycle Day: CD33 / 1DPO i believe

Months/Cycles: 12 months / 9 or 10 cycles

Any diagnoses/plans moving forwards: Not yet, PCOS ruled out with ultrasound, nothing major showing up in initial blood tests. Seeing a naturopath about irregular cycles, and she thinks that my circulation is poor and my hormones are unbalanced, so she’s working on the circulation first. I also have an appointment with a specialist on November 6th.

Biggest motivator in this TTC process: I can’t wait to be a great mum. I’ve been a great nanny, a great teacher, a great sister to my half-sister who is 12 years younger than me, a great honourary auntie to lots of friends’ kids, and a great mum to our dog Charli. I desperately want to have a go with my own kid πŸ™‚ and my husband will be a lovely dad, judging on the way he dotes on Charli.

Something we may not know about you: probably all of the above πŸ˜€

this is a cross-post from 6+ months…

I’m counting today as our 1 year TTC anniversary – it was the start of October last year that we decided to ditch the condoms, even though we were still 7 weeks away from the wedding – I was more excited about a baby than I was worried about not drinking at the wedding. We ddin’t time things deliberately at all until December, but lots of other people get pregnant without knowing anything about timing, so I think this still counts as a year.  Sad to be starting another lap of the calendar without anything to show for it. Hopefully we’ll get some answers and a plan soon…

@elchalten:  i am so so sorry that this cycle didn’t work out for you. i really had high hopes for you, so i can’t imagine how heartbreaking it is for you. at the very least you know that your body responds well to the meds, but i’m sure that doesn’t seem like much consolation right now.

@redsmarties:  i will admit that i did a little chart-stalking earlier πŸ™‚ looks good! hope it looks even better over the next few days πŸ™‚

@wifegoodman:  hi, sorry about all the pressure from people – i know they mean well, but gosh it’s hard to respond to!

@LEwife543:  oh lady – CD96??!!! please ignore any and all complaints that I have ever made. you are amazing if you can stay positive through all that. have you got a plan with a doctor to address that?

View original reply
@Mrs. Lox:  wow – your body was just hanging out to produce some eggs!! that is an awesome result. So sorry you’re struggling with recovery though, that sounds horrible and painful.

@Wispy:  fingers crossed for you πŸ™‚

@hamikay:  Welcome, sorry you have to be here, but it’s nice seeing you. I also go back to the 6+ boards. I feel weird posting the same thing on both boards but I just can’t leave my 6+ buds.

AFM – Still NO O. Boooo…Got a phone appointment on Wed with my OB/GYN to address the no O with my 3rd dose of Clomid. Just doesn’t seem right since the other two were successful? I’m just so confused on how my period could be so regular for a year, and then boom just go wonky on me.

Non-TTC side our house is finally 95% finished!! Wa-hoo! We only have the basement left to do. We have a realtor coming out today and another one out tomorrow. At least the stress of getting the house ready is off my back.

CD1 and battling wicked cramps at the moment. πŸ™   Our plan at the moment is to order the FertilAid supplements for me and DH, FertileCM, and FertiliTea.  I think we’ll finish out this year and then head to the doctor in the New Year.  We have a Europe trip (hopefully) in the works for the end of the year, so lots of non-TTC stuff to concentrate on.

@redsmarties:  Your chart looks amazeballs!!  You have been the inspiration behind me starting back up with the Couch to 5K program. πŸ™‚  I downloaded the NHS free podcast on my iPhone and have a whole week under my belt already.  I am loving getting back into being active!  Thanks for being my motivator!

@hamikay:  I’m sorry you have to join us, lady.  It’s a hard plunge to take (I’m dreading the year and half mark coming up soon), but hopefully you won’t be here long.

@Wispy:  Switzerland and possibly a couple days in Italy. πŸ™‚  If we can get all the paperwork done in time, we are taking my in-laws back “home” to Switzerland to visit relatives and take in a friend’s wedding.  Fingers crossed that all of the paperwork will be finished in time–we started in February but needed something from the Canadian government that unbelievably took 7 months to come!!

@Yellow.Clover:  Gosh darn your ovaries!  I’ll come on over and kick them into action, if that would help??!  πŸ˜‰  jk!

@MrsFarmer:  Can you please? They need it : )  But, wow, Europe! That sounds like an amazing time. I’ve got my fingers crossed all your paperwork is finished in time.

I forgot to mention in my earlier post, I’m so glad it’s October! I had three, yes three, pregnancy announcements with family and friends in September! Urgh! I know they say all things come in three’s, but I’m sad that I wasn’t included in that three. The recent announcement was with my Aunt/Uncle (they are only four years older than me) announcing on Friday. It hit really hard. My mom was over helping us with the house and I had a little melt down. I don’t really get too many pregnancy announcements anymore since all my friends are older and are done having children, but getting three back to back really hurt. I’ve been really bummed all weekend and today. Thanks for the vent.
