I started a personal fitness challenge today. 100 days. work out every day (barring some really bad illness or something), eat like I know I should…get back on track!
There. I said it in public so now I’m accountable!
Anyone want to join me? You don’t have to do 100 days…I just chose that because I have 159 days til the wedding and figured my fitting will be about 2 months before it. You also don’t have to post stats either, just share if you’re doing well or need some motivation.
I wanted to join the Bee-gest loser thread, but that required putting your weight on it and I REALLY don’t want to do that!
Anyway, here’s hoping I can stay on track, I would love to drop 30-40 lbs by then but I’m going to go by my measurements and how I feel, not get crazy and stress about it.
Like I said in the “are you bigger than FI” thread (which really got my brain going…I don’t want to feel like Orca in my wedding pics) I dropped over 90 lbs 3 years ago and kept off over 60 but I really felt great when I was 30+ lighter so I want to get back. Plus I’m at a plateau and when I break that (10 lbs from now) that will be a huge psychological motivator for me.
Anyway, I may just be rambling…if no one joins me that’s fine but at least I said it out loud!
