(Closed) $ 1,000 for wedding invitations !?!?!?

My invites and save the dates cost me $1300 all together and worth every penny.

Personally, I wouldn’t spend that much but if you want them and can afford it, then go for it.  I bought mine for much less on Wedding Paper Divas and am really happy with how they turned out.

@JAM1982:  One of my good friends spent $13 each on her invitations. They were beautiful. I knew the price beforehand (I think her total was around $3K for all) and I felt so guilty when a week after the wedding I threw that sucker in the trash. All I could think about was throwing away $13!!!!! I don’t think there is any difference between a $13 invite and a $5 or $6 invite. I would buy NICE invites that don’t break the bank.
