We did it and everything was perfect! Just got back last night from our honeymoon in Fiji (wow, best vacation ever! Wish I was still there, haha!) and wanted to share some pics our friends took until the pro pics come back. Thanks for the support Bees!!!
Getting Ready with my beautiful bridesmaids!
Church Setup (same setup on both sides, this is the right side)
Our gorgeous church!
Saying our vows!
Reception table setup minus flowers. Tables were named after cities in countries we’ve visited while we’ve been together.
Dallas Arts Center- Incredible venue in downtown Dallas!
Head table was setup as an X so everyone could see and talk to each other. Again, minus flowers
I did the setup for all food items (heavy appetizers; also from countries we’ve visited while we’ve been together)
With flowers! Center of the X had this large centerpiece then the “legs” of the X had some lower pieces as well. Each guest table had arrangements from 2ft-4ft tall vases and leaning flowers in them. Jeff Leatham inspiration!
These were on the “legs” of the X. Plus a bridesmaid bouquet and one of the brooches I gave the girls. Each one received a brooch to put on their bouquet that reminded me of them.
The girls bouquets. Easiest DIY ever! Bmaids had 15 roses, Maid/Matron of Honor had all hydrangea and I had a mix of hydrangea and roses.
Our delicious and beautiful cake!!
Cutting the cake!
Best Man, Maid/Matron of Honor and us!
Some of my beautiful bridesmaids! They picked out their own dresses and all did a wonderful job!
Off to Fiji!!

@Miss Boston: Fiji was amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about resort and the staff there. We all cried when we left because we became so close so quickly. I’ve never been to a hotel/resort where the staff genuinely wanted to keep in contact! We stayed at Paradise Taveuni and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to go to Fiji. Just a cheap as going to Caribbean!
@Bellini: thank you! Each girl got a different brooch that represented who they were. The dragonfly was one of best friend’s charm because she loves them so much. Others were a shoe, a fleur de lei (sp?), cross and ballerina.
