- Wedding: November 2014 - Nazareth Hall
Finally able to upload some of my favorite pictures from our wedding day! It was truly as perfect as I imagined it to be, especially considering it SNOWED the night before and we all pretty much froze in our halloween costumes. Everyone had a fabulous time and we enjoyed ourselves so much. I was nice to see nearly 20 months of planning come together and obviously to marry my best friend.
The girls got their hair and makeup done at a salon school in Perrysburg and the guys all went golfing in the 40 degree weather, God love them. My now husband and I did a first look which was really the best decision we had made. The pastor officiating our ceremony was excellent and the DJ kept people out on the dance floor the whole night. The DJ had asked us prior wht we wanted our last dance song to be and when I heard it play I felt a mix of emotions, happy that I was married and dancing that dance with my husband, sad that everyone was leaving and the night was over. I completely forgot we had a cake until this moment so after the music was done I snatched a piece had a bite on my fork and then everyone started saying goodbye…so no cake (don’t worry, I got to have a slice the next day) The wonderful venue hosts had our car all packed up so I changed out of my heels and into my sperry’s, my husband grabbed all of his belongings and off to our honeymoon suite we went.
There were a few things I would’ve changed and things that went wrong, but that’s another post for another time 🙂
