sonshine9 :  absolutely! The band is gorgeous, the stone could always be changed abd there IS ALOT of 90’s nostalgia amongst people who were in thier teens during that tine

It’s beautiful! I’m sure there are lots of women out there who would go for a ring that style (I myself hae a ruby solitare from the early 1900s as my e-ring!)

I dont really have any experience selling jewelry myself, but in my experience buying vintage/second hand/antique jewelry, stuff from the 80s and 90s sells for not as much compared to brand new or older equivalents.  Just to say that if you do love the ring and might not get much money for it anyways, I’d probably keep it even if I didn’t wear it much!

But I’m really no expert, definitely get someone elses opinion on how much it could sell for because I could be way off! And it’s all relative; 150 dollars or whatever compared to how much it would cost new is maybe “not much” but it’s still a lot of money to gain if you really dont ever wear it!

sonshine9 :  that’s a shame about your photos. They are great shots and if I was you, I wouldn’t part with it. I would be flashing about lol.

I’m not usually one for many coloured stones, but that is gorgeous!! I’d definitely keep and wear it if I owned it!

I love the colour of the stone, however the band isn’t really my style.  But plenty of people like intricate detailed bands.

There’s definitely a market for coloured gemstone rings now as engagement rings. Still not as big as diamond but it is increasing. I myself have a tanzanite engagement ring, and a few coloured gemstone rhr

However like a pp said, the resale value on it probably isn’t very high. If you’re unsure about selling it definitely keep it.
