Great job!  Starting out with a little at a time is a wonderful way to work on getting it in your routine!  If it’s too complicated or takes too long, you are more likely to not do anything.

I agree, small steps are always best…and than you will get bite by the work out bug and being going 6/week for a hour or more, like me 😀

Great job! I’m not sure your motivation style–I always need a challenge and goal in mind. In order to keep in shape I usually sign up for a race and it fooorces me to get up and run. Perhaps a 4th of July 5K or 1 mile race or even Labor Day race if you’re not quite ready will keep you going and continue your commitment. Best of luck!
