I had never heard of this until today, has anyone ever tried it? Someone posted it on FB that she had lost 4lbs in 4 days.. It seems way too good to be true.. And it seems like its just cardio & eating right.. Mainly what the 30 day shred it, which I have yet to see any results from!
Just curious if anyone has any thoughts on this diet/work out..

mrs dumpling is doing this diet and has posted on her blog about it, recipes, how she is doing etc…look up omg mom:) (sorry idont know why it wont let me post her link)
hope this helps!! she seems to be doing really well at it, ive been looking into it myself and considering giving it a go…too much fast food entirely for me this weekend so i might as well hop on the bandwagon:P
