What is it?  I’d like to go on it too, and I don’t even know what it is.  LOL.

Here is some fairly unbiased information about this particular diet.  Generally, it is not recommended to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week without consulting with your physician.

I don’t know much about diets like that but usually you lose a lot of water weight or weight because you are drastically changing your diet and you gain it all back.

I think I will try this plan. I need to lose 20lbs by September 2011.

you’ll lose weight on this, but you’ll gain it all back (and likely more) as soon as you stop. it’s not sustainable.

@geminigrl22: If you have a year to lose the weight, then I think you would be better off learning some more about nutrition and exercise philosophies and changing your lifestyle.  That way it will become a permanent change and not a temporary one.

You can do what the diet does by yourself and healthier and long term results.

Have you read You on a Diet by Dr. Oz? Or read the nutrition section of “New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women” by Cosgrove? I highly recommend these.
