Ok I cannot for the life of me figure this out. We are having an outdoor ceremony so my Fiance and the groomsmen cannot just magically appear out of the side of the alter. I am trying to figure out exactly how to do this all. We have 2 grandmothers, 1 (maybe 2) ushers, mog, fog, mob, 1 junior bridesmaid, 2 flower girls, 6 groomsmen (including best man), 6 bridesmaids (including matron of honor), myself and my dad. What is the proper order? Who should escort who? When does my Fiance walk down? My mom? Ughhhhhhh soooooooooooo confused. I would appreciate all of your help. With 18 days to go, my brain is becoming fried!

@Britt214: Date twin! Ah is it really 18 days, eek! I have so much to do.
Back to your question: I’m not sure there’s a proper way to do it, but I would have 1 usher escort the grandmothers (one granny on each arm?), then the MOG & FOG together, then your mom and the other usher, then have the groomsmen (best man last–first guy will be farthest from your FI), jr. bridesmaid, bridesmaids (MOH last), Flower girls, you & your dad.
If you don’t have enough ushers, I would have your mom walk alone and give the usher to the grannys.
Good luck! =)

We do it pretty casual in Aust. I would have thought Fiance and groomsmen would have been mingling with the guests as they arrive and they will then make their way up to the front as it gets close to the time, grandmothers will seat themselves or the ushers can seat them. same with mob/mog etc, then when you’re there, flowergirls will walk together, junior Bridesmaid or Best Man, BMs, you and father. Unless you are having a formal wedding in which case this may not be relevant, but i don’t think it really matters, just figure out something that works..

Hahaha oh I know. My to-do list keeps getting longer, not shorter. All the small things 🙂
Ok, that is kinda the idea I was thinking. We SHOULD have 2 ushers, still waiting to hear confirmation. Yes, my Fiance said he was going to ask some friends and never did :/ I like the 2 grannies on the ushers arm, that will help out a lot! Thank you so much!!
