I’ve seen some people have unreliable FRERs where they didn’t get darker while other brands did. It’s definitely possible! Are you able to get a blood test to measure your hcg? That’ll be the most reliable way to figure out what’s going on!

kaligirl1102 :  Sorry to hears this – sounds very frustrating and confusing. I had a CP last month so I did a lot of searching for other women’s stories and this definitely doesn’t sound like a clear-cut CP. The CB Digital has a threshold of 22 miu according to the Ava website (I didn’t check what their sources are though). The FRER (normal FRER, NOT Rapid Results) has a threshold of 6.3 (there is a scientific journal article, so seems legit). The First Response Rapid Results has a higher threshold (some sources put it as high as 100). Unless you got FRERs which are malfunctioning, or unless you have been testing with the Rapid Results version of the First Response test, you should be getting strong positives on FRERs given that they have such a lower threshold than the CB digital. Sorry I don’t have any better information – I drove myself pretty nuts for about a week while I was going through my CP and had two MCs before that so I know how hard it and how much you want information ASAP but the only way to know what is going on is to wait it out until you can get a beta draw.
