I looooove big stones!Mine is a 2,70 ct on a size 4 and 2,5ct will be perfect on your finger. You could go bigger and if your husband would like to offer you a larger rock ……never say No😉😂

2.5 on a 6.5. It’s funny, I don’t think it’s too big, but it is big in comparison to a lot of rings I see and sometimes that makes it feel “too” big I feel I’m being honest. KoltonBrye1416 :

I have a 2 carat on a size 4 and really it’s not that big. Take the 2.5. Hell, take more if you can!!! I’d gladly rock a 2.5-3 carat. Here from further away for more real life perspective. At first it will feel large but your eyes will quickly adjust

jjld :  3+ ct diamond on a size 5 finger.  Diamond is just sitting in the basket as it was not set yet and no side stones in this pic either

2.5 is big! It will face up closer to a 2.25 round. Check diamdb for a ratio of size to your hand. I am a size 3.75 and wear a 2.1 carat round diamond. Butttttt no such thing as too big 😉 I would we a 5 carat which is actually my grandma goal haha.
