I narrowed my wedding dress search down to TWO dresses. that are very different.. but I love them both.
So I will show you the pictures of each dress and explain why I do/Dont like them.
Dress 1:
And in Ivory(the color I would order):
I have FALLEN in love with this dress unexcpectedly, this is the second time I went to try it on. Its just not one Id ever thought Id like untill I tryed it on. I always wanted a more fitted look, but Im actually REALLY loving the shape of this dress.
this was a size 12 and I wear a size 4-6, so there is ALOT of extra material here.. so it wont be quite this poofy.
I was about ready to call it a day and say YES to this dress, BUT I decided to try on my other favorite dress one more time to hopefully make the decision even easier, but I fell in love with that dress alllover again…..
dress 2:
This was one of the first dresses I tryed on in my search, and its the one I keep going back to, My mom fell in love with this one allover again And told me this is the one! (altough she tryed to even talk me out of going back to try this one on again cuz the other dress is THE one) So I am a bit confused :/ I honestly dont know what one I like better!! I feel so beautiful and feminine in the first one, I feel like a bride! But the second one hugs my shape, and It looks very bridal too. One thing I dont like about this dress is i feel like it makes my back look kinda “fat”, like it hugs me kinda tight and i feel like my skin hangs over lol.
this one was on sale, and in MY size, I almost bought it off the rack, but then thought of the other dress and got VERY nervous cuz I love that one. so I went home without it..
I showed pictures of dress silloutes to my Fiance to get a little idea of what he might like, and he liked the alines and empire waists. he did not like the mermaids and trumpets, wasnt so into the fitted looks, but at the same time I think he would like it on me if he seen it 🙂 (he said they didnt look “wedding enough”) but said Hes sure I’d look great in one so still get whatever I want. he also HATES princess ballgowns.
The first dress is not a ballgown, but its a little more “poof” to it, do you think its too big?(remember this dress is like 5 sizes to big for me lol so theres lots of extra that wouldnt be there on my size)
Please give me some honest advice bees, I need it :/
