Ok, so all of my BM’s and me are doing our own biggest loser. We started Jan 4th and weigh in is March 19th (day before my bridal shower). As of today, I’m pretty much at where I want to be! It feels ssooo good just had to write a post about it :0)
oh yeah if you’re curious, I started at 146.6 and I’m now at 137! Goal weight is 135lbs. ooohh yeeaahhh

Wow, congrats – I want to loose some pounds too. I’m 5’11” and 149,6 lbs and I want to get to 143 by July!

I really just cut back on my portions and cut back on my sugar intake. I still have my days where I eat whatever I want, but I generally stick to my veggies, meat and rice. I cut back BIG time on drinking wine, but still drink my light beer! hehe

@ChaCha, I don’t have that DVD but I did buy one of Jillian Michaels dvd’s I did it for like 4 days and got bored.. I’m not good at dvd’s. lol

That’s soooooo awesome! I’m genuinely thrilled for you, I know how good that feels! I’d love to say I’m close too, I’m not, but I’m confident (for the most part) that I’ll get there. Congrats! 🙂

I’m kicking myself back into gear for my boudoir shoot– gotta just follow that grand ol’ secret and key to weight loss.. what’s that? diet and exercise! I don’t get how I’m surprised it works every time haha
