Hi all! So we got a great reception hall. It is a nature center in the middle of the country, that includes the entire 25 acres of surrounding wildflower field, grove of trees, and wildlife area (perfect for a July wedding). We will be having two separate rooms for the reception, interior (the nature center), and exterior (a tent). Both will end up being approximately the same size. The exterior room will have our bar, and will possibly be where the food line (we’re doing buffet style) will be located. The interior room will be where the dance is. So…the question comes…does anybody have any suggestions for creative ways to have party flow continuity (i.e. major events: toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc.)? Has anybody done this before?
