- Wedding: May 2008
I am so close to having our invitations printed out, but Fiance and I are having some thoughts about wording. The main invitation includes date and time of our reception, not ceremony, because there will be 2 tea ceremonies. One in the AM for my family, one in the PM before the banquet (at the reception/banquet site) for his.
We plan on including this information as one of the inserts of our pocketfolder invitation and this is what we have so far:
There will be two tea ceremonies on the (day) of May, 2008. We hope you can join us for one of the following:
(My family’s last name) family
(Address of residence)
(FI’s last name) family
(Address of restaurant)
On our postcard RSVP, we have checkboxes for ppl to let us know if they are coming to either one or neither. Should I add something to the effect of "your presence is requested" in the insert? Too formal sounding? Any feedback would be awesome!
