Have you been working on your diet?  You can safely lose 1 pound a week by dieting.  Exercise is more for toning up and being healthy than losing weight.  Good luck!

if you want a sure thing and a temporary fix, try the ephedrine  hydrochrlride/asprin/caffeine stack. do your research though if you have heart or blood pressure situation its not recommended.
