The fiance (I still do the happy dance when I say this) and I are planning on doing a destination wedding in Hawaii, mostly because my family already lives out there and we both like the idea of a family vacation where we just happen to get married.
We haven’t set a date yet and are still in the process of looking at venues. Although my parents live on the Big Island, I have my eye on Oahu just because there are more entertainment options there.
I thought I would turn to the beehive for some ideas. Anyone else get married in Hawaii? When, where and how did you like it?

@Future Mrs Armby: We were considering it for our wedding venue but we had too many people for the small room and too few people for the large room. I hope it’s a blast! It is such a beautiful location, you guys are going to have a terrific time! Congratulations!

Lol, my family lives on Oahu! SO I love hearing about hawaii weddings. The last time I was there I was at Aulani Lagoons. PLEASE BEES do not try to take pictures here. It is a public beach. Some couple was trying to take wedding pics and there waas about 3 feet for them to do some, and I’m pretty sure the photographer got some bikini clad spectators in them!
YIKES!
