kkskidder:  Hey why dont you get a calendar and break it down so it doesnt sound so over whelming. As for the seating arrangements i found a website called toptableplanner.com it cost me £10 but it was so easy to make my plan. It was worth the money in time saved! xx

springbee2015:  I did come across a free seat planning site just have to remember the name haha it seams overwhelming but I think I have everything under control. I’m going to my Maid/Matron of Honor for the weekend and bringing a lot so we can get it done. That should be fun since there will be alcohol involved LOL. I’m sure it will all come together in the end. It never fails that I wait till the last minute to finish a project, why should it be any different bc it’s my wedding πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

springbee2015:  Oye hahaha So I got the DJ booked, and couldn’t be more excited. He seems like so much fun!

I got flower girl dresses ordered and will order bridesmaid dresses this weekend. I finished my wedding shoes ( I dyed them) and will be dying the flower girls shoes tomorrow. I picked uo my dress yesterday Eeek!!!

Ring bearer will get fitted this weekend. Still waiting on best man to get fitted πŸ™

I still have to order my bouquet, bridesmaid will be made week of. Got rest of supples to finish centerpieces. Making burlap/lace/ribbon bows for aisle chairs. I don’t have any idea for arch or flower girls as far as flowers.

I need to finish place cards, and palate that they will be hanging from. Need to make cake topper and cake stand still. Seating chart needs to be done.

Need to set up meeting with officiant. Final meeting with venue (which they want to set up for middle of Feb, which to me seems to far away from date for a FINAL meeting).

Phew, and I’m still sure there is more hahaha

How about you? πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Ha wow!! I cant believe how much your doing you’re like wonderwoman!

I had my 1st dress fitting this week, had spray tan trial last night, make up trial saturday. Hair trial next week and meeting with venue to discuss menu. We have to pick OH’s ring out, he also needs measuring.

Ive made half the place cards ( i think you call them escort cards) and loads of other DIY stuff. Theres just so much its mental! I also ordered my twin toddler page boys suits last night which I am very very excited for πŸ™‚ x

So the best man stepped down today, apparently he’s been feeling incredibly anxious about the role. I was upset at first as I felt let down for my Fiance but actually it’s for the best, no one wants someone in the bridal party who doesn’t want to be. This guy has zero responsibility in his life so it should’ve been expected. Anyway Fiance has gone to ask Future Brother-In-Law if he will be best man. I hope he says yes xx

FutureMrsHouy:  Well….I thought i was fine but i had my hen party this weekend and I have been poorly with a flu/cold bug and I ended up having a massive panic attack. It just hit me like a bus, I felt such an idiot but im totally cool and I cant wait. Congrats on the house x

springbee2015:  I totally feel you! One of my bridesmaids was “removed” from my wedding recently. Its for the best but such a let down and disappointment at the time. By the way, my wedding is March 29th (the day after yours). Only a few weeks to go!! Nerves are setting in!

who else is getting nervous!!!! Still have so many small projects to do!! oh my….a little overwhelmed to say the least!

I have had very little help! It is a bit frustrating to say the least esp with a toddler etc.

I’m sure I’m not the only one stressing that everything turns out as planned. Since I have planned it all on my own etc. it is a bit stressful wondering if what I imagined will turn out great. From setting up a candy bar, adding little personal touches etc.

I am very worried about flowers. Has everyone’s florists done mock-ups etc? Mine is SO flaky! It’s a family friend and they are helping us out but still I have NO clue if it’s going to be what I want and since it is my fiance’s family friend it puts me in an awkward position…I have to tread lightly and every time we ask my future Mother-In-Law she kind of avoids the confrontation with him. Ugh hope it works out..the day will be great either way right? lol

How is everyone else managing? any advice? I’m dying over here hahah

Also just had one of my last fittings and cannot decide if i should ask for more alterations! If anyone has any input that would be amazing!!! and if anyone needs my opinion please ask!! I know how much you may need it now…and if anyone’s family is anything like mine..they dont really give you honest opinions (or jsut don’t care) sigh…

Boston_MrsS_to_be:  chill out hun, honestly I had a bit of a meltdown on my hen do I was massively overwhelmed but I’ve chilled out now. I’m the same as you done everything by myself with little help, I’ve twin toddlers and I’m still overwhelmed by jobs ive got left I’m getting to a point where I’m accepting it will be what it will be. If the flowers aren’t perfecr so what you saved money. I’m using a family friend too but for the savings I cant expect the best. Your dress is gorgeous, your day will be lovely and no one will notice the details that may be wrong. the day is about your marriage and becoming a family with your toddler try and remember that xx

springbee2015:  Yeah i’m getting to that point as well… I think I say “it will be what it will be” a few times a week. lol

We all have a meltdown at some poingt..My bachelorette actually went great, despite the horrible weather in my area! Somehow I managed all events with no major problems!

Lets hope we all get a great day! I have already chosen not to sweat the small things on the day…Thanks for the encouragement with my stressing!!!!

I am in the sameeee boat as everyone! I am so worried about everything coming together and the things I cannot control such aa the weather, or my vendors totally dropping the ball. I am also very worried about my appearance, I have nightmares about walking down the aisle in my pajamas or all my hair falling out.

Also worried that I won’t be able to let go of all the details I have planned and remember to enjoy the day. I’ll get my period a few days after the wedding so I’m sure pms will be adding to stress and emotion levels πŸ™

My cousin, who does events for a living, reminded me that only I will know if something doesn’t go according to my plan. If the venue doesn’t lay out my bathroom baskets, or if they put the photobooth in the wrong spot, my guests will be none the wiser.
