It’s really interesting to see if people’s first and second choices were really similar or completely different.

Here is my runner-up:

And here’s the dress I bought:

@CorgiTales: thanks! i saw the dress the second i walked into the salon and then i practically ripped it off the mannequin 🙂 i knew it was MY dress! i wasn’t expecting to get a “ballgown” type dress, but i fell in love!

I almost bought this one from Davids Bridal.

Until I was finally able to track down, try on and fall in love with this one from Alfred Angelo.

@bmore: we have the same wedding date and your #1 would have been mine but I couldn’t afford it and my fiance hated it.  I loved it and never wanted to take it off.  Enjoy it for me!

This was my second choice.  I still love it, but it was a lot of boob for church.

This was my runner up.

It has a corset back which i loved.

Fiance went to look at dresses with me. He said it this one was very pretty.

but then i came out with this one and he was speechless.

After a week or so i went back to but this one.

I will most likely be getting the San Patrick Eresma dress… 🙂   I am getting married on April 1st 2011.  If someone is getting married after that that is looking for this dress, I would love to sell it for half the price that I pay for it.  It will most likely be taken in to between a size 10-12.. closer to 12 I think with the way dress sizes run.  Feel free to send me an email – [email protected]… I live in the NY Metro Area.

@texaslawgirl- Thank you! I really loved the fit, but we are doing a black/white cocktail party reception at a Contemporary Art Museum, and ivory lace just did not fit. Think I found my dress (Casablanca 1957) but still doesn’t have this fit 🙁

@jackie_t4701- I replied to your message, but for anyone else interested, the dress is Dakota by Enzoani
