I just went through this too, while I loved my ring reset by DK there were a few things that just weren’t working for me. I think it’s even trickier designing a ring with a stone with some color. Sometimes you have to wear a ring for a little while to figure out what you like. I am over the moon with my second reset. I think raising the traps is a great idea. The ring will look more fluid and you will be able to see them much better. Are you still planning on doing a cup to enhance the stone color?

Can’t wait to see the results and the comparison pics. It’s great that you are able to make these tweaks and adjustments so that your ring will better suit you.

That ring looks much more yellow than o-r in the inital photo. I am confus!

Looks awesome though !! Truly a museum quality piece.

KKJohnson :  I’m such a fan of your ring. The reset looks amazing! I’m excited for you and can’t wait to see pics of it on  your finger.
