My dress was supposed to ship on Feb 4th. It didn’t. Then it was supposed to ship mid-March. I checked in with the salon today, and they checked in with the manufacturer (WTOO), who said it will now ship the last week of March. The manufacturer said it was a quality control issue. Should I be worried?

I can’t say whether or not you should be worried; however, if I were you, I would probably be going out of my mind with worry. I think you should contact the designer to make sure they have your order on file. To me, this “quality control” thing seems a little sketchy; like maybe they are getting your gown from a replica designer; not saying that is what is happening, but it does seem plausible.
