I bought my dress from a consignment bridal shop this past summer and thought it was a big check off my to-do list. I felt great it in at the time, but now when I look at the pics of me in them, I get second thoughts. I feel like there’s too much fabric around the hips and in the skirt in general. :-/ I still need to get it hemmed and bustled, so I don’t know if that will help or not. Plus, we have a very small budget, so I don’t know if I want to waste money on alterations or just buy another (but cheap) dress (a slimmer, fit & flare).
Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

You look beautiful in that! Keep it.

I really think you look beautiful in it; however, if it were me, I would try a medium fullness crinoline under it to give it a little more pizzaz, but keep in mind, I am wearing a ballgown with the fullest possible crinoline I could find.

It looks really nice on you but I think every dress will look nice on you.

I would see if you can change anything about the fullness with alterations, but if they are going to cost you a lot, you may be able to find another dress that more closely fits the bill for a reasonable price. It depends on your budget I suppose.

You could probably wear a potato sack and look gorgeous! Wow! lol
That looks amazing on you – don’t change it!
