@Sapphire-Dreamer:  We are very alike apparently – I keep telling Fiance – either a guard or a sapphire embellished band lol.

@slovesb:  I just read a thread a little while ago about ‘rocking the gap‘ I think this is probably what I will end up doing in the end.

@slovesb: I have a platinum Tacori 3-stone band {here’s a stock pic}

The band I got is the same channel set band in platinum. I believe we paid ~$5,600 for it {The e-ring + 1.05ct diamond was ~$13k} I actually had a bit of sticker shock when I saw how much just the band was, but I love it! I really need to take a real-life picture of it w/ both together!

@Sapphire-Dreamer:  The second band that you posted is just dreamy!

I struggled for the LONGEST time looking for something to match my unique engagement ring, because it has a lot of detail on the sides. Originally I wanted something small, but EVERYTHING that I tried on just did not look right at all next to my ring. So, we opted for a pretty big band, and while I LOVE it, I am not sure if I should wear them together (if it is just too much), or if I should wear my band on the left and my ering on the right. :/

Haven’t bought our rings yet but tried on a countour band (think that’s what it was called) & it looked amazing!!!! Its a band that curves in the center. Gorgeous! Can’t wait to purchase so I can post a pic!

@MsSparklyBee:  I also looked at contour bands just so I had a little curve around the 3 stones, however I like to work out/garden and look forward to having a band that I can wear vs. just my e-ring. Doesn’t the contour look funny by itself? I suppose if you plan on soldering, then there’s no problem.
