2nd day of the shred: complete. I have actually been doing a lot of cardio this week, and I was pretty sore yesterday. I woke up today sore-but did the shred and now feel great. it was actually a tiny bit easier today than yesterday-and I pushed myself more.

The reason you are sore is because your muscles are tearing and working like they’re not used too. If you don’t continue to work out, the heal, tighten, and then you’ll work out and be sore again. Believe it or not, the best thing you can do is continue to work through the soreness. Now, if there’s a shooting pain or an indication of pulled muscle, ligament, or injury that’s one thing, but general “soreness” is part of the game 🙂
I personally love being sore. It tells me I did something good that made my body work for it 🙂
