Really depends on your weight, age, level of intensity etc. I wore a HRM when I did it though and average burn was 160 calories. I was 25, 125lbs, doing the hard version of the exercises. There are lots of threads about it on MFP though where people talk about it. You can also get a good estimate by just putting it in as circuit training general.
