I’m out of shape and I can get myself through the workout, so I don’t know that I consider it an “extreme” workout, personally.

@Arya:  If you’re used to working out at this level than it should have no effect, even after you get pregnant (unless you have risks or history that say otherwise)

I’d say if you can do it, do it – but if it feels like you’re over-exerting, or if the Stages become too much, just watch it & do what you feel comfortable with. I used to do Stage 1 & 2 several times, because Stage 3 and the planking SUCKED.
