I just did my first day of Level 2 and it seriously might have been the worst 20 minutes of my life. I feel like I had to do the easy version of everything. Does anyone have any tips on how to get through it? If level 2 is this bad, how am I going to handle level 3?!

Though I have not yet attempted Level 2 or 3 myself (I know, I know…I should get on that)…my understanding from many other bees is that level 2 is the hardest of them because of all the plank/core exercises. The more you do it, the easier it will be! If you can only do the easy version of the exercises for now, that is ok! Focus on doing those correctly to get the most out of your workout and then progress to the advanced versions when the easier ones are no longer challenging for you. You will still get a good workout if you keep your up the technique for each movement! Good luck 🙂

Congrats on moving up!! My biggest problem was that I got so tired after several days of the challenging exercises that I didn’t pay enough attention to form, which of course made my knees hurt (poor form on squats). I took a few days off and am restarting tomorrow.
So I’d just say, pay attention to form even when you’re panting and cursing Jillian 🙂
