But I’m doing it right, I do all her stretches, in the same way she does them. It’s mostly my calves. I think all the jumping jacks, “butt kicks”, “jump rope”, and lunges are what kills me. And then it hurts so bad for the next 3 days I can barely walk down stairs.
This has happened twice and I’ve only been doing Level 1 for a almost 2 weeks.
Does anyone know some good stretches I can do for my calves? I think I just need to throw a special stretch in there. Does anyone else have this problem?

I’m no expert, but maybe you need to do something extra to warm up. The two sets of jumping jacks in the beginning really aren’t enough to get your muscles warmed up and loose. So maybe go for a 10 minute jog before you start the video?
My calves don’t get sore from the shred, but the rest of my muscles have 🙂

I did level one for 6 days straight I think. I started it on a Sunday, it took until Thursday when I could feel I was walking right.
I am on level two now. My ankles hurt so bad, well actually I think its the muscel that goes from your foot up. SHe is a killer
