Yes! Two summers ago I did it before swimsuit season. I was going to Arizona, Lake Tahoe, and then my wedding was at the end of summer and our honeymoon was in Cancun, so I NEEDED to be comfortable in a bikini.

I did it longer than 30 days, but didn’t do it every day. So maybe 4-5 days a week for two months, and I was in such great shape!! 

I am actually just starting it up again. Yay for New Years resolutions!! Hopefully I’ll be able to repeat the same results I had before! 

(BTW: Do NOT base your results off of the scale when doing this workout! If you do, you will be disappointed since you are building muscle at the same rate you’re loosing fat. I took my measurements the first time to track my improvement, but this time I am just going for it.)

I have the DVD and really enjoy it, but I suck at sticking with it so I haven’t seen the proper results. But I feel so great when I do it with consistency!
